Donna Marie Henry Cummins, 66, Cynthiana, died Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015 at Harrison Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Harrison County, Feb. 4, 1948 to the late Robert Logan Sr. and Geraldine Marie Bass Henry, and was preceded in death by four brothers, Robert L. Henry Jr., Ray D. Henry, Carlton Henry and Marvin E. Henry.
She was a customer service representative for Kentucky Bank and retired production scheduler for Bundy Tubing, a very active member of St. James A.M.E. and loved reading and cooking. She was referred to as the matriarch of her family.
Survivors include: two sons, Kevin E. Henry, Lexington and Edwin D. Cummins, Cynthiana; four brothers, Blaine A. Henry Sr. and Leonard P. Henry Sr., both of Cynthiana, Daryl R. Henry Sr., Boston, Mass. and Robert A. Tucker, Lexington; four grandchildren; an uncle, the Rev. Charles E. (Wanda) Henry, Evansville, Ind.; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; and her special family, Wanda Henry, Dana Allen, Lisa Allen, Angela Henry, Lewis Allen, Dorothy Henry, Bernice Henry, Jo Ann Henry, Nancy Anderson and Flora Henry.
Funeral services will be Friday, Jan. 9 at 2 p.m. at St. James A.M.E. Church by the Rev. Antonio Stuckey with visitation at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Cherry Grove Cemetery.
