Florieta Fisher Vest, 75, of Berry, Ky., died Monday, April 29, 2013 in Bethlehem, Penn.

She was the wife of the late George A. Jones, who passed away in 1986. She was born in Berry, Ky., the daughter of the late Charles Everette and Margaret (McNees) Fisher. She attended the University of Kentucky, worked various jobs throughout her life, but was particularly proud of and enjoyed her employment as an enumerator for the Departments of Agriculture and Education in Harrison County, Ky. She was a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels and an alumni member of the University of Kentucky, supported many organizations, including the World Wildlife Fund, Wounded Warriors, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and Heifer International.
Survivors include: daughters, Julie Fisher Lam and her husband Richard E. of New York City and Jacqueline Jones Northcutt of Lexington, Ky.; five grandchildren, Grace Northcutt Bussie and her husband Kenny, Virginia Northcutt Gilpin and her husband Chad, Curtis George Northcutt, Richard Griffin Lam and Caitlin Fisher Lam; cousin and dear friend, Zenoa McCauley.
She was preceded in death by her sister Jean F. Fisher.
