Jacki Cash, 59, Knoxville, Tenn., died Nov. 3, 2014.
She was born July 21, 1955, in Cynthiana, Ky., to the late Jack and Bernice Cash. She attended both the University of Kentucky and Cumberland College, was a very active member of First Baptist Concord and enjoyed singing in the celebration choir, and was a member of the Davis/Mowery Sunday School Class.
She worked for Darryl's Restaurants in the states of Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, and Tennessee. During this time, she served as local Restaurant Association President and served on the state board. Eventually, her career path changed. She became a hair dresser and was well respected in this field for over 25 years, and always thought of her clients more like family than just clients.
Survivors include: her brother, Clark Cash (Leigh Ann), Lexington, Ky.; uncles, Lindy Sebree (Peggy), Astatula, Fla. and Ronald Sebree (Carol), Leesburg, Fla.; nieces, Kelly Cash, San Francisco, Calif., Raleigh and Ashton Fischer, and Spencer and Kendall Cash, Lexington; nephews, Ryan Cash, Denver, Colo. and Logan Cash, Lexington; cousins, Bill Sebree (Kim), Astatula, Linda Powers (Roger), Williamsburg, Ky., and Suzanne Sullivan (Pat), Huntsville, Ala.
A Celebration of Life was held Saturday, Nov. 8 with a brunch and the service followed in the Gathering Space at First Baptist Concord, Knoxville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Water Angels Ministry, 907 University Ave., Knoxville, TN 37921.
