Lois Kincaid Cason, 88, Cynthiana, died Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013 at Harrison Memorial Hospital.

She was born in St. Augustine, Fla., May 5, 1925 to the late Milligan and Mittie Dennis Kincaid. She was a homemaker, owner of VanHook Hardware and a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, Junior Women's Club and Cynthiana Presbyterian Church where she was the former historian and member of the morning circle.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Taylor Cason Jr.; twin sons, Dwight and Dwayne Cason; sister, Louie Dallas Kincaid and granddaughter, Angel Burgan.
Survivors include: a son, Dallas Tod Cason, Cynthiana; two daughters, Taylena (Kent) Burgan, Cynthiana and Judy Fyfe-Hickory, North Carolina; three granddaughters, Kristy Fyfe, Kim Whitworth and Autumn Burgan; and a great-grandson, Noah Whitworth.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Dec. 1 at Ware Funeral Home. Burial was in Battle Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers were: Jeff Hopkins, John Scott, Tommy Clayton, Coleman Gillispie, Billy Joe Taylor and Kent Burgan.
Honorary pallbearers were: Dr. A.C. Wright, Dr. Stephen Moses and Harold Quigley.
