Noel Jack Tucker, 70, Cynthiana, died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2014 at his residence.
He was born in Harrison County, Sept. 2, 1943 to the late John Noel and Nora Ophelia Tucker. He was a foreman for Tri State Roofing where he retired after more than 25 years and a Cynthiana Elks' Lodge #438 for over 10 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Rose Craig Tucker and two sisters, Amelia ""Cricket"" Lyons Harney and Elizabeth ""Nig"" Cordray.
Survivors include: a brother, Charles W. (Dorothy) Tucker, Cynthiana; a sister-in-law, Debra Kelly, Cynthiana; two brothers-in-law, Michael Craig, Lexington and Lonnie Craig, Carlisle; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Aug. 30 at Ware Funeral Home by Bro. Darrell Sexton. Burial was in Battle Grove Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass, 1317 U.S. Hwy. 62 East, Cynthiana, KY 41031.
Pallbearers were: Charles Tucker Jr., Josh Tucker, Vincent Tucker, Tony Slade, Willie Stanfield and Cooch Hollar.
Honorary pallbearers were: Bobby Kelly, Lonnie Craig, Michael Craig and Tuey Custard.
