Daniel Frazier Kearns, 30, Cynthiana, died Sunday, Aug. 31, 2014 due to injuries sustained from an automobile accident.
He was born in Lexington, Dec. 4, 1983 to Frazier Martin ""Marty"" and Kim Bills Kearns of Harrison County. He was a master mechanic for Clarke Power Services, a graduate of Harrison County High School and received an associate's degree from Somerset Community College in Aviation Maintenance Engineering where he was a member of the dean's list during his tenure there.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, William H. Bills and John William Kearns; his maternal grandmother, Evelyn Ruth Kearns Bills and a sister, Jillian Lee Kearns Riley.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, Kathy Nelson Kearns, Jamestown; son, Joseph Martin Kearns, Jamestown; a daughter, Chloe Ann Kearns, Jamestown; a brother, William Spencer Kearns, Cynthiana; and his paternal grandmother, Fan Rees Marshall Kearns, Cynthiana.
Funeral services will be Thursday, Sept. 4 at 11 a.m. at Ware Funeral Home by Bro. Mark Lawless. Burial will be in Beards Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be James Skinner, Devon Dotson, Matt Ritchie, Shaun Espanola, Jamie Brown and Casey Cleary.
