Wanda Mastin Ishmael, 69, Cynthiana, died Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at her residence.

She was born in Harrison County, Dec. 15, 1943, to the late Robert W. and Armilda ""Bill"" Mastin. She was a retired legal secretary for the Harrison County Commonwealth Attorney for 27 years and a member of Indian Creek Christian Church and Licking Valley BPW.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Godlewski.
Survivors include: her husband, Edward ""Eddy"" Ishmael; a son, Shane ""Hannah"" Ishmael, Cynthiana; a daughter, Amanda Ishmael, Cynthiana; a brother, Raymond ""Buddy"" Mastin, Erlanger; a sister, Vivian Milner, Cynthiana; and three grandchildren, Donald Ray Ecklar III, Aiden Brice Ishmael and Koltyn Chase Ishmael.
Funeral services will be Thursday, Feb. 7 at 12 p.m. at Ware Funeral Home by Chad Broaddus. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Battle Grove Cemetery.
