JENN POOLE Obituary
She left behind her dog, Sakura; her mouse, Ni; her partner of six years, Dann; her mother, Susan; her father, Mike; her sister, Tara; her grandmother, Shirley; and everyone else who loved her.
Jenn was preceded by her sister, Tina; her dog, Orion; and many other beloved ones.
She was an avid lover of animals and the earth. She died doing what she loved and was able to fulfill her life dream of helping people through organ donation. She had accomplished much in her life including climbing Mount Fuji, cliff jumping, handing out toys to impoverished children, participating in countless fundraisers, and helping every animal she could. If you knew Jenn, you knew Jenn. She left us early and had no regrets.
Visitation will be from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, at Quiram Sycamore Chapel in Sycamore, Ill. Remembrances will be shared from 3-4 p.m., so feel free to bring something to say. She will be put to rest in the hills of Baraboo, Wis., Monday, Aug. 10, in Walnut Hill Cemetery in view of the place she loved most.
Please plant a tree or flower in her name or make a donation to any organization that helps animals in lieu of cut flowers – NO CUT FLOWERS. The service and burial are open to anyone who ever had the joy of meeting Jenn. She did not like dark funerals, so please wear your favorite clothes to the services. Jenn would ask that you live your life and love your life.

I went to highschool with Jen. And even though we never really talked but a hi there and a bye there, I remember as being very nice to everyone! She will truly be missed. My prayers go out to her family and friends. God Bless

We had the privilege of being Dann and Jenn's neighbors for a number of years. A happier and nicer couple we have yet to meet. The sudden news of Jenn's tragic death hit us hard. Our hearts, sympathies, and prayers go out to her beloved Dann, her family and loved ones. She was an incredibly sweet, caring, and intelligent person who met an untimely death, and we feel blessed to have had the opportunity to come to know her.
She will be sorely missed...

I worked at Bethany with Jenn for nearly a year. I did not work with her often, but thought she was incredibly sweet. She was very quiet in her ways, but it did not stop me from trying to get to know her. Her love for animals was evident. I remember coming into work one evening and someone had dropped some baby bunnies at the back door in a empty beer box. She took them home to nurse them. Although they did not make it, her effort was what mattered. Her death is a tragedy, but what she accomplished in her short life is truly amazing. I pray that her family is able to stay strong and live their lives in Jenn's memory.

I went to high school with Jenn and although we never hung out i saw her and talked to her. She was a great person and my heart goes out to her loved ones. I know that she will be remembered.

My love goes out to Dann and Susan. Jen was a wonderful person to be with. I went to school with Jen. I remember walking in the hallways and Jen was always laughing and having fun. Jen was a wondering person to be around.She was very thoughtful of others. Jen will be truly missed. You are all in my prayers.

I did not know Jenn, but this has got to be the most beautifully written tribute to a young person who has passed, that I have ever read. What a thoughtful and well-lived life this young woman led. My thoughts and prayers go with her family, animals, and friends.
