CASSIDY LANGE Obituary
She was the beloved wife of Richard A. Lange Jr.; devoted mother of Brandi, Dylan J. and Joshua; fond stepmother of Dylan R.; loving daughter of Frank and Pam (née Irgang) Langone; dear sister of Candace (Daniel) Gunderson; and loving aunt of Isabella.
Friends and family will meet from 9:30 a.m. Friday, June 3, until time of the funeral service at 10:30 a.m. at Salerno's Galewood Chapels, 1857 N. Harlem Ave, Chicago. Visitation will be from 3-9 p.m. Thursday, June 2. Interment will be at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.

I can not believe your gone. though we have not talked much since I moved this last time I have missed you!! I am not one to mourn but celebrate life so here is a synopsis of my memory - Baby bump in Dakotah Direct training (later to be known as Dylan Joseph) , Fone Freaks, Eating Jimmy Johns in the parking lot of a Disco Bar in Lombard at 3 am, crying together on 9-11, Birthday parties, New Years eve parties, your AHHHMaZING Italian Beef sammiches, you scolding me after teaching a 3 year old Dylan to say cheers with his sippy cup, Pool Tables, Joshua's New Years Surprise!!, your Joy of having Brandi home with you and Rich, and many other memories. Most importantly how you were there for me during a rough 3 years (and then some) of my life when I needed balance. I will miss you my friend & Sister.

Im not ready to say goodbye...its to soon to say goodbye to my close friend Cassidy, it wasnt your time to go, so this is not goodbye. I will continue to carry you in my life, heart, mind, spirit and prayers. We made a lot of memories growing up and I will cherish those memories til I see you again. You are always and forever going to be remembered, never forgotten. Cassidy you were an amazing person and I will miss you deeply. My prayers and condolences to the Langone children and family. Me, and my family have known Cassidy for years. I worked with her, my wife cared for Dylan when he was small, and our boys went to school together. My heart breaks for her family. I had just saw and talked to her that day. You will be in our prayers always.

I first met Cassidy in a Tae Kwon Do class way back when we were just kids that loved dressing like Madonna & Cyndi Lauper. Our parents quickly hit it off as friends and the Langone's were family. When I reflect back on our childhood memories...I instantly think of how you were like a sister to me...always keeping a close protective eye on Candy and me, as an older sister would.
Cassidy, had we not taken karate together and I had never met you, my life would have been so different. You were such a wonderful, caring, loving, and beautiful person...you will forever be remembered, loved and missed.

Cassidy imprinted her smile on my mind the minute I met her. She and my daughter, April, were friends throughout high school. Always bringing a breathe of fresh air into our home with her laughter and positive outlook, I will always remember you fondly. Godspeed, Cassidy.

Cub Scout Pack 134 would like to send our condolences. Cassidy and her boys, Josh and Dylan have been a part of our Pack Family in Cortland. We will truely miss seeing Cassidy at our Pack meetings and having the boys as part of our group. We are thinking about you and keeping you in our prayers.

I didn't know Cassidy for very long and I didn't get to know her as well as I wish I could have. She was always the ray of sunshine in my day when all I saw was rain. I miss her already dearly and I can't way to see her again one day. There is so much I wish I could have said or done with her. One day we'll be together again.

I met Cassidy in middle school,and we became closer.As we got older and we lost contact with each other.Last week,I talk to Cassidy and she was in good spirits.Cassidy,was a wonderful person,she will be missed by many.

I have known Cassidy and the kids since I moved to the Dekalb area 9yrs ago. I cared for Dylan at a daycare for years, and just had Josh in my group for a field trip.
