Daniel Rey Obituary

Daniel David Rey, 33, of Farmington passed away Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013 in Farmington. Daniel was born October 18, 1979 in Durango, Colorado.
Daniel enjoyed fishing and camping and playing ball with his sons. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He will be greatly missed by all his friends and family.
Daniel leaves behind his mother Maxie Pena and stepfather Charlie Pena and his father Carlos Rey and stepmother Brenda Rey; his sons Jorden Tyler Rey and Carlos Rey; fiancé Rose Pigman and brother Anthony Rey; grandparents Heliodoro and Reyes Rey and Maclovio Gurule, Jr. and Isa Borunda, and many dear friends.
Daniel was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Maclovia Gurule, Sr. and Nestora Gurule.
Cremation has taken place and Rosary services will be recited at 7 p.m. today, Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 414 N. Allen Ave. in Farmington.
Mass of Christian Burial is at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 28, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 414 N. Allen with Father Timothy Farrell, Pastor as Celebrant. Daniel will then be interred at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 6917 East Main St., Farmington.
Honorary pallbearers are his sons Anthony and Jorden Rey.
