Hardin, Shirley Ann - Farmington  
Shirley Ann Hardin, 69, of Farmington, passed away on Nov. 19, 2014. Shirley was born on May 17, 1945, in Millersburg, Ohio, to Loyd and Ada Lee Endsley. Shirley was a very loving wife, mother and grandma. She always tried to please and make everyone happy. She had many occupations. She loved to cook and fish. But the things she loved most was taking care of children. Shirley was not only a mother to her kids, she was a second mom to many. Shirley had a beautiful soul. She always had a smile on her face. Her family and friends will miss her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Loyd Endsley and Ada Lee Brewer (Endsley); two brothers; and four sisters. She is survived by her husband, Willie C. Hardin; sons, Willie C. Harden III, Johnny A. Hardin (Michelle), and Willie Lee Hardin ( Judy); daughter, Mondora Hardin; sisters, Vera McClure and Ellen Mayle of Ohio; 28 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. A viewing for Shirley will be from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26, at Cope Memorial Chapel in Farmington. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 28, at Ideal Baptist Church on 203 Elm Street in Farmington. A burial will follow in Memory Gardens. Hale, Thaddeus John - Aztec  
Thaddeus John Hale was born on March 30, 2001, in Rock Springs, Wyo., to Ryan John and Amber Marie (Stratton) Hale. Thad attended Koogler Middle School and was in the eighth grade. He was a member of Student Council and the volleyball manager. He loved listening to music and was an avid reader. He enjoyed spending time with his little brother, Malakai, and enjoyed camping and riding his bike. He also loved making art. He always made people smile with his corny jokes and smile. He was a klutz and kept people laughing. He will be greatly missed. Thaddeus was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Roe Hale; and great-grandparents, Everett Edward Hale, Cleo Ziegler Hale, Mark Clark Jr., Richard Eugene Day, Margaret Campbell Day, Glenn Stratton and Sueann Stratton. He is survived by his parents, Ryan (Amber) Hale; brother, Malakai Stratton Hale; grandparents, Carol C. Peck, Ole Peck, Bill Stratton and Lisa Stratton; aunts and uncles, Matthew (Rachelle) Stratton, Zachary(Joleen) Stratton, Erik Stratton, Tyler Hale and Brandon Hale. A viewing will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 21 at Cope Memorial Chapel in Farmington. A funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22, at the Crossroads Community Church, with Pastor Ken Weisheit officiating. Donations may be made out to stompoutbullying.org. Hopper, Sherry Francis (Draper) - Farmington  
Sherry Francis (Draper) Hopper, 79, of Farmington, passed away on Friday, Nov. 14, 2014. She was born Sept. 30, 1935, in San Angelo, Texas, to Ruby Rouse Draper and Harlon Draper. She soon became a New Mexico native and graduated from Farmington High School in 1953. She married the love of her life, Mike Hopper, in 1984 and was blessed with one son, Glen (Becky) Fuller, and three daughters, Melanie (Steven) Crawford, Jeanne (Mike) Shepherd and Riki (Art) Colburn. Ally, her dog, was her best friend. Sherry was a successful business owner of Big Arrow Pawn, Bloomfield Pawn Shop and Hopper's Video Store Sherry enjoyed going to Las Vegas, Nev., fishing off her pontoon boat and dancing at the Elks Club. She was a huge Elvis Presley fan and "did it her way!" Sherry is survived by her husband, Michael Hopper; her children, Glen, Melanie, Jeanne, and Riki; grandchildren, Steven Serrano, Tiffany Snyder, Chad Wright, Brooke Casselberry, Jared Fuller, Jayme Harcrow, Jett Fuller and Anyssa Colburn; great-grandchildren, Mason Snyder, Madison Snyder, Cyan Casselberry, Zurich Casselberry, Dillon Wright and Cayden Wright; and one brother John Paul Draper. Services for Sherry will be at 11 a.m. today, Nov. 18, at Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E. Ute St., Farmington, with Carrol Carter officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery, 6917 E. Main St. in Farmington. Pallbearers are Chad Wright, Jared Fuller, Jett Fuller, Steven Glenn, Lang Slayton and Art Colburn. Honorary pallbearers are Johnny Oakley, Steve Glenn, Noel Davis and John Paul Draper. Sherry's care is entrusted to Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E. Ute St. in Farmington, 505-325-8688.
