Our dad spread smiles with his sense of humor. His kind heart and gentle eyes never missed any person in need, whether it be a hungry person in the street, someone needing some money to get on their feet, or anyone in need, especially at Christmas when he noticed a parent who couldn't buy their children a present. That was who Carroll was, that's who Carroll is.
