Jan. 16, 1975-March 10, 2013

Brian Landon Weaver, 38, of Farmington, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2013 in Farmington. He was born Jan. 16, 1975 in Shiprock to Joel J. Weaver and Ida Harrison-Baker. He was of the Bitahni and Nodaiidine clans.
Brian had a certificate in Automotive Technology and class shy of an Associate Degree in Home Design and Construction. He has worked as a Control Operator for Red Willow Production, worked at many construction sites, and as a firefighter.
Brian loved his children and his niece and nephew, Tatiyana and Josiah Benally. He had great love for his ""Gramzy"" and would do anything for her. He liked to read, listen to music, and loved to barbecue. He occasionally volunteered at Sycamore Community Center, and recently signed up with Habitat for Humanity. He enjoyed talking to his ""friends,"" the homeless on the streets and shared food with them.
Brian was preceded in death by his father, Joel J. Weaver and grandparents, Joseph B. Weaver, Nona Weaver Romero, Robert Harrison Sr., John Redhouse and Nancy Redhouse.
He is survived by his sons, Cameron and Elijah Weaver; daughters, Kalynn and Roshae Weaver; parents, Ida Harrison-Baker and step-father, John E. Baker; brothers, Robin, Clinton and Eric Baker and sisters, Ciara Kyra Jones and Tyler Schae Baker. Also surviving is his grandmother, Annabell Harrison.
Visitation for Brian will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today, Thursday, March 14, at Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 15, at Brewer, Lee and Larkin Chapel with Pastor Arnold Ellison officiating.
Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Kordell Saenz, Burk Benally, Dennison Benally, Mervyn Jones, Robin Baker and Nicholas Santisteven.
Honorary Pallbearers are Cameron Weaver, Roshae Weaver, Elijah Weaver and Kalynn Weaver.
Memorial contributions may be made the People Assisting the Homeless (PATH).
Brian's care is entrusted to Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E. Ute St. in Farmington, 505-325-8688.
