David was one of my kids in fourth grade. I use to drive him home if he missed his bus. Saw him once in awhile over the years and always got a hug from him. I will always remember David with love. Sincerely, Florence Candelaria Buczinski

Words are tough to come. David and I were friends in H.S but that 1 yr age/grade class difference is rather big in "the teenage" years . We actually talked more recently through F.B then we did in school. Mostly oilfield related. He was still the jokester that I remembered. He will be greatly missed. Condolences to the family.

David was always laughing, making jokes, he was fun loving. David and I started out in the nursery in Farmington together on June 16, 1969, and it was something he never let me forget. In this time of sadness, know that you are not alone, God is with you. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers.

Mr. and Mrs. Maestas I am so sorry for your loss. David brought so much laughter and joy to my life. David and I walked together at graduation. David always made everyone laugh. He had the best sense of humor of anyone I have ever met. I didn't have the opportunity to meet his wife or kids, but it's comforting to know he will live on through them. God bless you and comfort you at this time! I will forever remember the crank calls you made buddy!

My deepest condolences to all family members. David and I grew up together, shared friends, shared a lot of laughs, and yes, caused our share of neighborhood trouble. Those will always be cherished memories. I will forever remember his laugh and his smile. May God Bless and bring comfort in this trying time.

So sad to hear of David's passing... I will always remember what a happy go lucky guy he was growing up. If we would run into each other in our adult life he was always good to ask how I was doing and we could pick up where we left off. Robin and I both remember him as being fun-loving and with a heart of gold. He would help you out at the drop of a hat. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. May God bless you with peace and love.
