Larry Jim Green, 86, of Aztec, joined his beloved wife, Jesse, on Friday, March 28, 2014. Grandpa Jim was born Dec. 21, 1927, in Clarendon, Texas, to Charles and Edna (Dona) Green.

Grandpa Jim loved the outdoors, farming and his family. His favorite pastimes included telling stories and spreading joy. His weekly family phone calls will be greatly missed.
A remembrance was held on Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at Brookside Park in Farmington. Grandpa Jim will be interred alongside his beloved wife, Jesse, in the Aztec Cemetery in a private ceremony.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Robert Green. He is survived by his brother, Charles Green and his wife Wanda of Amarillo, Texas; his sister Helen Smith of Alamogordo; his sister; Virginia Gianini of Albuquerque; his son, David Green and his wife, Annetta, of Los Angeles, Calif.; his son, Thomas Green and his wife, Julie, of New Mexico; his grandchildren, AJ and Matt Green; his step-grandchildren, Kenneth and James Bassett; and numerous nieces and nephews.
