CMSgt Myron Paul Baker USAF Ret.

McKINNEY, Texas - CMSgt Myron Paul Baker USAF Ret., 70 passed away at his home, with his family at his side, on Aug.25, 2013, in McKinney, Texas.

Myron was born in Troy, Ohio, on Sept. 14, 1942, to the late Paul S. and Luella (Shroyer) Baker.

He graduated from Westmont High School in Hollansburg, Ohio. In 1960, he enlisted in the USAF in 1961 and retired in 1991.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy of McKinney, Texas; two daughters, Marlies Meeker and husband Larry of West University Place, Texas, and Krista Pace and husband Scott of Little Elm, Texas; a son Thomas and wife Liren of Danville, Calif.; six grandchildren, Sean Cowan, Robert Meeker, Caeli Baker, Carsten Baker, Presley Pace, and Sylvie Pace. Also two sisters, Anna Mae Baker and husband Darrell of Greenville, Ohio, and Sandra Grossnickle and husband Jim of North Manchester, Ind.

A memorial service was held on Aug. 31 at St. Andrews Episcopal Church in McKinney, Texas, followed by military honors. Interment will be "The Mountains." Condolences may be left for the family at www.oliverfloyd.com
