GREENVILLE - Esther L. (Delk) Arnett, 92, of the Brethren Retirement Community died early evening March 30, 2013.
She was born Aug. 18, 1920, in Union Township, Miami County, to the late Cletus and Lola (Klepinger) Delk.
Mrs Arnett formerly resided on Oakes Road, Laura. She was a homemaker, mother, and Farm Bureau wife. Esther was a member of the Potsdam Church of the Brethren. She was a retired cafeteria worker for the Franklin Monroe School District.
Esther was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Arnett who died Aug. 19, 2000, an infant brother Glenn Delk and brother Ralph Delk.
She is survived by two sons, Keith Arnett and wife Joyce and Kenton Arnett and wife Sharon, both of rural Laura; grandchildren Aaron (Emily) Arnett, Aric (Daniele) Arnett, Alison (Phil) Schmidbauer; stepgrandchildren Stephani Dill, Kevin (Alyssa) Neff, Kelli (Terry) Morris, Tiffany (Kurt) Labig and Brooke (Scott) Day; 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at the Potsdam Church of the Brethren with Rev Bob Kurtz officiating. Burial will follow in Mote Cemetery, Pitsburg.
