Robert T. "Dick" Cain

GREENVILLE - Robert T. "Dick" Cain, 92, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Dec.17, 2012, at 1:30 a.m. at his residence.

He was born on July 25, 1920, in Laura, Ohio, to the late Ben and Credith (Buckingham) Cain.

Dick is survived by his wife, Fidebell (Kissinger) Cain of Greenville, Ohio, whom he married on Aug. 19, 1939; sons and daughters in law, Roy and Marilyn Cain of Greenville and Gary and Beth Cain of Greenville; grandchildren, Rick, Doug, Matthew and Leah Cain; seven great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Joe Cain, Evelyn Bashore, Lester Cain, Ruby Smith, Rose Robinson, Maxine, Jean Wombold, and Irene Dicky.

Robert was a farmer and also worked as a brick mason. Dick also helped clean the Arcanum School. He enjoyed gardening and being with his grandkids.

There will be a private service held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in the Greenville Township Memorial Gardens in Greenville, Ohio. Arrangements are under the direction of Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio.
