UNION CITY, Ohio - Lowell Dwight Young Stephens, 61, of 314 Elroy Road Union City, Ohio, died April 3, 2013, at Union City Care Center Union City, Ohio.

He was born Nov. 22, 1951, in Greenville to Dwight and Dortha D. Frick Stephens. Preceding him in death were his parents, Roy Dwight Young, Alta Young and Robert Stephens; sister-in-law, Velma Stephens; and great-nephew, Michael Lee Fisher III.

He was a member of Community Fellowship Church

Surviving are his wife of 23 years, Mary Ann Tooley Stephens; mother, Dortha D. Frick Stephens of Indianapolis, Ind.; sisters and brothers, Linda Jeanine (Rodolfo) Garza of Union City, Ohio, Cheryl Ann (James) Pollitt of Evansville, Ind., Barry (Marie) Ellis of Indianapolis, Ind., Tony Allen Stephens of Seattle,Wash., Danny Dale (Misty) Stephens of Indianapolis, Ind., Sandy Gale Stephens of Indianapolis, Ind., Michael Allen (Barbara J.) Stephens of Cheektowaga, N. Y., Kelvin Ray (Diane) Benson of Buda, Texas; and several nieces and nephews and cousins.

Services will be Monday at Community Fellowship Church at 11 a.m. with Rev. Rodger Garland and Rev. Sonny Pettie officiating. Burial will be in Greenville Cemetery.

Visitation will be Sunday at Reichard Funeral Home Inc., 400 W. Deerfield Road, Union City, Ind., from 5 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Hospice with envelopes at the funeral home. Online condolences may be expressed at www.reichardfh.com
