Rodney came to work for me in 2006 and as I came to know him he became the best employee I had ever had. He also came to be a good friend and I considered him to be a part of our family. After I retired Rodney would stop in at least once a month to check on Me to see how everything was going. We would talk and I had a lot of rescue dogs he would go over and see them. We really had a lot in common and he was a good friend and I loved him like a brother. He was always in a good mood and he would pick you up even if you were in a bad mood. His death came as a big shock to me and I felt like I lost a member of my family. Before he left he would always give me a big hug and a big smile and that's the way I will remember Rodney Victor. He was one of the finest men I have ever known and I will miss him dearly. To his family I extend my deepest sympathies and I am myself a better man to have known him. May you rest in peace my good friend and I know you are there in the arms of Jesus.
