Helen Meredith (Frazier) Magoteaux, 72, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Oct. 9, 2012, at 6:35 p.m.
She was born Nov. 29, 1939, in St. Louis, Mo., the daughter of the late Troyce and Maxine Frazier.
She retired as a postal clerk in Dallas, Texas. She was a member of Bible Fellowship Church, Greenville, Ohio; Towne Square Quilt Club, Greenville, Ohio; Church of the Nazarene Sewing Group, Greenville, Ohio.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Jim Magoteaux, whom she married Feb. 14, 1977.
She is survived by her daughter, Cyndy Bowers and fiancé Ed Konrady of Texas; grandchildren, Curtis Roush of Ohio, John Bowers of Texas, Ron Bowers Jr. and Amanda of Ohio, Brent Konrady and Kate Konrady of Texas; great-grandchildren, Ronnie Bowers III, Lance Bowers, Lacey Bowers, Lucas Bowers, all of Ohio; brothers and sisters, Susan Welch of Texas, Rebecca Andreottolla of Texas, Ray Frazier and Jerree Frazier of Texas, John Frazier of Texas; brothers- in-law and sisters-in-law, Evelyn Heindl, Pat and Marion Johnson, John and Susan Magoteaux, Ron and Carol Magoteaux, all of Ohio, Jane and Ted Drzyzga, of Connecticut; her best friend, Sondra Shepherd of Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Oct. 17 at 11 a.m. at Bible Fellowship Church, 7757 Greenville Celina Road, Greenville, Ohio. As an expression of sympathy memorial contributions may be made to Missions Support at Bible Fellowship Church.
