SIDNEY - Larry Duane  Waldon, 72, of Sidney, died Dec. 6, 2012, at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Sidney.

He was born July 9, 1940, in Richmond, Ind., son of the late Herman Orrison and Elsie Vanfleet. Also deceased are one sister, Helen Yount and two brothers, Herb Vanfleet and Donald Vanfleet

A self-employed truck driver, he is a U.S. Navy veteran,

Surviving are his wife of 18 years, Robbin Barga Waldon; five children, Tammy Brown and Pam (Rich) Werner, both of Oklahoma City, Okla., Larry Waldon of Texas and Patty (Keith) Neighbors and Cliff (Susan) Waldon, both of Greenville; two stepchildren, James Head and Tia Head, both of Greenville; 10 grandchildren, six stepgrandchildren and one great-granddaughter; and one brother, Kenny Vanfleet of Celina.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Reichard Funeral Home, Union City, Ind., with the Rev. Randy Yaryan officiating. Burial will be in Greenville Township Memorial Gardens
