B. Jeanette "Coleman" Iubelt, 87, daughter of Albert and Ines Coleman of West Frankfort, was born on March 7, 1925 and preceded her in death. Mrs. Iubelt died at 5:00a.m. Wednesday, April 4th, 2012 at her home.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, George Iubelt; daughter, Lou Ellen Nelson of Kansas City, Missouri; Sons, George Albert Iubelt and his wife Terri of Carterville, Illinois, Stephen Arthur Iubelt and his wife Trina of Paducah, Kentucky. She dearly loved her grandchildren, Frank, Kerry, Mike, Jonathan, Brandon, Monica, and Jessie along with her step grandchildren, Natalie, Carter, and Allie. Her eleven great grandchildren were also a great joy to her.
B.J. graduated from the Missouri Baptist School of Nursing in 1946. She spent the majority of her nursing career in administration with her main emphasis being on caring for the developmentally disabled, whom she dearly loved. She set up one of the first homes in the State of Illinois for the developmentally disabled when she reorganized Roosevelt Square in Murphysboro to care for the Developmentally Disabled. She was a member of the Reidland 1st Christian Church in Reidland, Kentucky.
B.J.'s desire was to be cremated. There will be no visitation. Graveside services for family will be held at Denning Cemetery on the Orient Road Saturday, April 7, 2012 at 11:00a.m. with Brothers Zach Browning and Gene Fox officiating. B.J. requests that a contribution in her name be made to the Special Olympics in Carbondale.
