Lucille Sabosky Jones
Passed away peacefully on December 7, 2012 at the age of 83. Lucille was born in West Frankfort, IL on October 4, 1929 to Steve and Anna Sabosky, she was the youngest of 4 children. The family moved to Torrance after the start of WWII. Lucille attended Torrance High School where she graduated in 1947. She married Eldridge Jones of Wilmington, CA in 1949. Lucille worked in the furniture manufacturing industry for 25 years as an executive secretary. She then worked for the Ayres Clinic in Torrance, and in 1996 was one of the handfuls of people that founded the Pediatric Therapy Network in Torrance, a non-profit children's therapy center. Lucille is survived by her sons, Steve and Tracy; her grandchildren, Kevin and Alison; her brother, Steve Sabosky of Redondo Beach. Preceded in death by her son, David Jones and her brothers, Albert and Joe. A private service will be held for family and friends.
