Julia Boccia
Julia, the daughter of Francisco and Maria Mattera was born July 27, 1924 in West Virginia and passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 in San Pedro, California with her family by her side. Julia was a resident of San Pedro for 70 years. She was preceded in death by Franklin, the love of her life and husband of 66 years, and her daughter, Mary Frances Boccia. Julia is survived by her daughter, Ann and her husband, Robert Rosado. She is also survived by her niece, Linda Warnken and her family. Visitation will be Thursday, January 31st from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m., at Green Hills Mortuary. The Memorial Service will be Friday, February 1st, at 9:00 a.m. in the Green Hills Memorial Chapel.
