San Pedro native Elaine Panousis passed away peacefully following a brief illness on December 10, 2012 surrounded by her loved ones. Born on February 23, 1942, Elaine was the youngest of three daughters born to James C. and Alexandra Panousis. Elaine graduated from San Pedro High School where she made lifelong friends and where, among other activities, she served as President of Caterettes.
