Barbara Ferguson Obituary
Barbara was born in Inglewood, CA, raised in El Segundo, and retired to Poway/RB with her husband, Frank W. Ferguson. Barbara spent the majority of her career as an administrative secretary for the El Segundo Schools. She was a tireless volunteer for the RSVP, Joselyn Center, Alzheimer's Assoc., Pomerado Hospital and the Poway Performing Arts. She had a passion for handicrafts, exercising, the Padres, music, and traveling. Barbara leaves behind her two children, Tim Ferguson of Hope, ID and Terri Ferguson of Carlsbad, CA; 4 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren; sister, Marion of Torrance, CA; and many wonderful friends who loved her dearly. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Poway Performing Arts, 15498 Espola Rd, Poway, CA 92064 in memory of Barbara. Please sign the guest book at www.dailybreeze.com/obits.
