Lance, we were friends in our youth and I've always thought of you as part of that group of people that will forever have a bond with each other no matter where we go or how long it's been since we've seen or talked to each other. I'm so glad I got to see you last year at our little Calvary reunion dinner. We didn't even get to talk much but it was worth it just seeing you again. I'm glad I know where you are right now. You're one more person I'll be glad to see when I get to heaven. See you in a while, my friend.

Lance will always be to me the friend that I made in Hawaii in the summer of '73. He taught me how to surf and became my friend who hung out with me as we discovered new wonders on all the islands our families toured. He was always fun to be around and the life of the party wherever we went. Even though we had not seen each other in many years, that summer we spent together will always be etched in my mind as one of the most enjoyable times of my life...I pray that God grants peace to his family as they know that he is with Him now.....

Lance, You are one of the first boys I ever hung out with as a little girl. You even had light red hair like me.
I have nothing but good memories of you. I will never forget you and hope you are spending perfect and beautiful days with my mom and dad now. I hope to meet you there one day so save a great spot so I can be near all of the 181st Street gang one day again! So many great chilhood memories with these kids!
I wish you peace and hope your family is ok knowing you are in the PERFECT place and await their arrival one day.
There are so many of us who will miss you here - - but then, this is only a temporary place. See you one day again.

To my little brother,
My life was never boring with you around. You had a way of making life an adventure and helping me to find ways to keep laughing. Your life was truly a mixed bouquet full of beauty, sorrow, love and joy. I love you and know I will see you on the other side of heaven.

Lance, this truly breaks my heart. It doesn't seem that long ago that we talked at the AO and how I so appreciated you calling me to tell me you were there so we could catch up. Thinking back when you would bring your kids into the office way back when I was a secretary and you were in charge of the parts cage in the garage at headquarters. Time does fly. My prayers go out to your family and may you rest in peace my friend. Di., Torrance, CA

Sweet Lance, I never forgot you. Your name was as unique as you. Kind, gentle, respectful, and a true friend you were to me in our auto tune-up class in high school. I accidentally came upon the news of your passing. It is a truly sad day. You'll stay alive in all my fond memories of you.

Mrs. Muriel and Janine,
I am so sorry for your tremendous loss. I'll always remember Janine's little brother at our Girl Scout outings. He always seemed to be having so much fun. I pray for your peace.
