Marian Smith Obituary
Marian Smith, the daughter of Charles and Hattie Edwards, born January 30, 1925 in San Pedro, California, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2010. Marian was married to her late husband, Harold R. Smith. She is survived by their 4 children, Craig and Michael Smith, Sharon Mc Phie and Linda Landry; 2 grandchildren, Joseph Mc Phie and Brian Landry; 3 great-grandchildren, Bradley Landry, Kenzie Mc Phie and Ivor Mc Phie. She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles E. Edwards and sister, Helen Lampshire. She worked as a civil servant for the U.S. Federal Government for 44 years. The "Celebration of Her Life" will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2010 from 12:00 - 4:00 PM at the Ports O' Call Restaurant, 1199 Nagoya Way, San Pedro, CA 90731. In lieu of flowers, it would be appreciated if donations were made in her honor to your favorite charity. Please sign the guest book at www.dailybreeze.com/obits.

To my cousins, I haven't seen you in a long time; I hope you know you are always in my heart....your blood runs through my veins! I will miss my Auntie Marian, I will miss her laugh and my long talks with her.
I am so sorry I missed you on the 27th...I was out of town and only got the news last night ...My thoughts and deepest sympathy..and many hugs are with you...Please know...I miss all 4 of you very much...time is passing by us cousins....we need to visit...love you all, Cousin Cindy
