Marilyn Diane McDonald

Marilyn passed away peacefully on August 9, 2013 at the age of 75. She was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas and lived there until 1943 when her family moved to Inglewood. Since 1964, she was a shining community member of Harbor City. Her passion for bowling led her to PV Bowl where she organized countless tournaments and made many lifelong friends. Left to treasure her memory are her husband of 57 years, Gerry McDonald, her loving children, James (Jane) McDonald, Jeri (Steve) Orzeck, Jack (Annette) McDonald, Jill (Donald) Nassraway, Jayne McDonald, 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, her sister, Barbara (Fred) Zieldsdorf, and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The Visitation will be held from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on Saturday, August 24. at A.M. Gamby Funeral Home in Lomita; memorial service immediately following.
