I grew up in the same North Redondo Beach neighborhood as Tommy and I knew the Howell family very well. Tommy was always a sweet and loving boy and despite his special needs, he was always included in all of the Howell family activities. His mother was Tommy's shining star. Dorraine Howell dedicated her life to her son's well being. Dorraine's consistent and loving care for her son will long be remembered. Our thoughts and prayers are with Tommy's Mom at this time.
