Im saddened by Tonia's passing. I remember always seeing her at Marlene's house, she was always with Missy around that time we all played softball at Freeway Little League. She was always happy and ready to go somewhere. She had a great energy about her. I'll never understand why God takes away such good people, its like they still had so much more to do, see and experience. She was such a beautiful girl. May God bless her family and those missing her. RIP Tonia.

Tonia had a heart of gold. She was as strong and as sensitive as anybody I have ever known. The immensity of her love for those around her could only be accounted for by the deep passion in her heart to see the ones she cared for succeed in life...Anyone who was priviledged enough to receive her love knows how sorely they have lossed now that she is gone. I am thankful to have known and been loved by such a beautiful person.

I was also a childhood friend of Tonia's, she was always very happy. I have not seen her in about five or six years, her son Gregory went to school with my son Nathan and his friend Henry. Gregory, I think was alot like his mother when she was young, always looking to have a good time! My prayers are with the family.

The day that I find a loss for words
is a special day for real. I been on
this computer for hours and still it's
not done, why. Tonia called me brother
and I called her sister, our lives en-
twined back around twenty-seven years ago. My brother Leo has been a friend to Tonia for that many years as well, I
introduced them and take blame for the
beautiful daughter they have, many are
unaware of the special friendship Tonia
and Leo shared, I know he loved her and will miss her dearly, as will we all. What I want everyone to know is
we don't only lay to rest her body today we release another Angel so we
will never have to feel her loss, it's
really our gain...and the good lord knows that I could always use a little
help from above. Your memory will remain in my heart and soul for the rest of my life, I love you, Buddy

I haven't seen Tonia in about 12 years or so. I just always remember she was full of energy all the time. My prayers to her family. May god give you all the strength you need to carry on.

I’ll always remember Tonia. She always had something to talk about and never made me feel alone. A truly wonderful and loving person. She’d always refer to herself as a close relative… “Auntie Tonia loves you” or “Mamma Tonia loves you”, that’d always make me smile because I felt she included me in her family and in her heart. It’s a more than depressing and heartbreaking feeling to see her go. I wish she had more time with us. She will always be remembered, thought of and loved. All my love and prayers.

I remember having a long talk at one of the birthday party's at my moms house with Tonia... after not seeing her for a really long time. We talked for along time about what was going on in our lives... about our kids... about our problems... it was a memorable conversation that i will never forget. She was too young to go and my blessings are with her family.
