Ethel Esther Boucher Baril, 89, recently residing in Chino Hills, California, died Saturday, January 19, 2013, due to complications of congestive heart failure. She was born in St. Agatha, Maine on October 7, 1923, a daughter of Belone and Modeste Plourde Boucher; sister of Priscilla Boucher Dufresne, Alphe Boucher, Fernande Boucher, Clifford Boucher, Roger Boucher, Sam Boucher and Roland Boucher - all deceased; Louis (Irene) Boucher of Harmony, ME and Port Charlotte, FL, Fern Boucher (Maurice) Cyr of Frazier Park, CA; Giselle Boucher Kardy of Lewiston, ME; Blanche Boucher Farnum of Wells, ME. Ethel was predeceased by her husband, Conrad Joseph Baril and is survived by her three sons, Don (Lorna) Baril of Castaic, CA, Jim (Tonia) Baril of Eastvale, CA and Tom (Lori) Baril of Loomis, CA; six grandchildren, Amie (Eric) Brolin, Jessica (John) French, Dawn (Mo) Rabii, Alivia (Dan) Hoisington, Justin (Bre) Baril, Brandon Baril and Karlee Baril; and three great-grandchildren, Reagan and McKinley French and Ella Jean Hoisington. Ethel, also known as Mamere to her family, was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved bowling, baking pies, tending roses, spending time with her grandchildren and playing hide-and-seek with her great-grandchildren. Ethel also enjoyed crocheting, crafting and oil painting. Services are scheduled for January 31, 2013 at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church, 4268 Lime St., Riverside, CA, with rosary at 10:00 a.m., followed by Mass. She will be interred with her husband, Conrad, at 12 noon at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA.
