CHRISTIANSBURG — Barbara L. Tedder Morrow Zimmerman, age 87 of Christiansburg, Ohio passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 14, 2018 in her residence, surrounded by her family.

Born on Sept. 4, 1930, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Barbara was a daughter of the late Norman and Leola (Byrne) Tedder. She married Harvey Zimmerman on Nov. 11, 1995, and he survives in Christiansburg.

Barbara is also survived by her three children; David Morrow, Jennifer (Jeff) Schricker and Sondra (Chris) Armstrong, and three stepdaughters, Cathy (Charles) Clayton, Tiana Karns (David Gheen), and Darlene (Mark) Green.

She was a loving grandmother to Kelli (Jim) Nicodemus, Laura Armstrong, Kyle Armstrong and step grandchildren, Jason (Amy) Karns, Brian Karns, Alisha Karns (Matt Wertz), Sarah Caccia (Terry Trimmer), Annie (Thomas) Shields, Molly (J.C) Canaday, Bradley Green, Tyler Green and 22 great-grandchildren. A sister, Rebecca Louise Liette, sisters-in-law, Sharon Tedder and Mary (Kerm) Littlejohn and special friend Cindy Sink also survive.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Doyle Morrow, sister, Norma Jean (Webb) Devor, brother, Richard (Dick) Teddar, son-in-laws, Chris Armstrong and Jeff Schricker and brother-in-law, Ralph Zimmerman.

Barbara graduated from Ansonia High School. She was a member of the Ansonia and Christiansburg Methodist Churchs and the Korean War Veterans Ladies Auxiliary. She worked at Coppess Grocery and Darlene's Flower Shop.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, June 18, in the Ansonia Methodist Church, W. High Street, Ansonia, Ohio. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, June 17, from 1-3 p.m. in the Christiansburg United Methodist Church, 7 E. Third Street, Christiansburg, and prior to the funeral service on Monday, June 18, from 1:30-3 p.m. in the Ansonia United Methodist. Burial will follow in the Ansonia Cemetery, 4956 OH-47, Ansonia.
