PIQUA — Debra K. "Debbie" Arnold, 57, of Piqua, went to be with her Lord and Savior unexpectedly at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at her residence. She was born Dec. 22, 1960, in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, to Winfred Lykins and the late Shirley "Mommy" (Mann) Lykins. She married Carl L. Arnold Feb. 14, 2016, in Sidney, and he survives.

Other survivors include two sons, Douglas Selanders, Dustin (Michelle Auville) Selanders, both of Sidney; three daughters, Tina "Renee" Townsend of New Prairie, Indiana, Rena (Jeremiah) Morrow, Sabrina Selanders, both of St. Mary's; 14 grandchildren, Douglas Selanders III, Shawn Klepinger II, Naomi Klepinger, David Copeland II, Devon Copeland, Dylan Copeland, Derrick Copeland, Levi Morrow, Bailey Creekmore, Jailyn Selanders, Janessa Selanders, Baby Dusty Selanders, NaNa Selanders; six brothers, Terry (Tammie) Lykins, Jerry (Mary) Lykins, Tim (Penny) Lykins, Wayne (Vickie) Lykins, Scott (Sherry) Gibson, Joe (Sandra) Gibson; five sisters, Karen (Randy) Elifritz, Sharon Koenig, Jean (Vance) Brinegar, Robin (Rick) Nation, and Donna (James) Saylor.

She was preceded in death by Maudie "Mom" (Grubb) Lykins; a brother, Donnie Lykins; and her daughter, Gina Selanders.

Debbie was a devout member of Light of Christ Church. She worked for over 20 years as a nursing assistant at various nursing homes including Covington Care Center and Piqua Manor.

She loved her family deeply, especially her children and grandchildren, of which she was extremely proud. She cherished her time attending church services and lived every day to serve God and His will. She will be missed by many.

A service to honor her life will begin at 10 a.m. Friday, June 15, 2018, at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home with the Rev. Anthony Krummery officiating. Burial will follow at Harris Creek Cemetery, Bradford. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
