BRADFORD - Everett R. Crist, 90, of Bradford, died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, at home.
He was born July 3, 1922, in Harris, Kan., to the late Charles and Anna (Fridley) Crist.
He was a member of Oakgrove German Baptist Church and worked as a farmer and a well driller. He also was an Adams Township Trustee/Clerk.
He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Amy Crist; four brothers, Alva, Floyd, Ralph and Everett's twin, Wayne Crist.
Everett is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Esther (Burns) Crist; three sons and daughters-in-law, Scott and Susie Crist, Ron and Deb Crist, all of Bradford and Gerald and Debbie Crist of Greybull, Wy.; nine grandchildren and their spouses, Lynn and Kelley Crist of Greenville, Ann Crist of Bradford, Ryan and Jenny Crist of Gettysburg, Jason Crist of Greenville, Angie and Scott Armstrong of Arcanum, Kelly and Chuck Smith of Versailles, Dawn and Paul Thur, Shawn Crist, and Shannon Crist, all of Greybull, Wy.; 14 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Donald and his wife, Mary Burns of Covington; three sisters-in-law, Vivian Crist of Troy, Ellen Douglass of Covington, and Frances and her husband, Wayne Flory of Delphi, Ind.; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Oakgrove German Baptist Church with Home Brethren officiating. Interment Oakland Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday 2-5 p.m. at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford.
