TROY - Joyce E. Feltner, 55, of 804 Scott St., Troy, passed away at 9:44 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, at Koester Pavilion in Troy.
She was born Sept. 19, 1957, in Troy, to the late Maurice and Ollie (Cornett) Hupp.
She was married to Elbert Feltner Jr. on Sept. 3, 1977, and he survives.
Joyce also is survived by two sons, Brian Feltner of Troy and Elbert Justin Feltner of Troy; her granddaughter, Haley Feltner; two sisters, Barbara Charles of Troy, and Carolyn Spencer of Troy; and one brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Kim Hupp of Proctorville.
She was preceded in death by her brother Paul Hupp.
Joyce was a 1975 graduate of Gallia County High School and attended one year of college at Sinclair College, Dayton.
Her hobbies included gardening, cooking and spending time with her granddaughter, Haley.
She was co-founder with her husband of JR's Cars in Troy and was also employed at G.E. Aviation at Vandalia, for the past 20 years.
A funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday, at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home in Troy, with Pastor Paul Calvert officiating. Interment will follow the service at Riverside Cemetery, Troy. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
