For 15 years, he has worked in the multi-family housing industry. Ten years ago, he built his own very successful company as a utilities broker and is well-recognized as one of the leaders in Texas in that industry.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Kathi Fox Benoit, and his two children, Michael Joseph Benoit and Katharine Ramsey Benoit.
