Joseph Louis Mores, loving husband, father, son, brother and friend, passed away on November 6, 2012, at age 54. Joseph was born in Denver, Colorado, on October 18, 1958. In the latter years of his life, Joseph courageously lived with ALS, meeting calamity with serenity. Joseph married Stefanie Mores, his best friend and love of his life, on June 29, 2010. They had many adventures and shared a very special bond. As a Christian, Joseph saw the evidence of God in many things. He was academically motivated and loved to read, especially historical accounts. He attended Colorado State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History in 1989. Joseph chose a career in the restaurant business and worked in several locations, including Copper Mountain, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas. He loved to ski, hike, bicycle, swim and explore new areas. Joseph is survived by his parents Kaye Folsom and Jerry Brown, his wife Stefanie, his son Jeff, his stepchildren Ariane, AJ, Brandon and Ryan, and his siblings Ed, Margaret, Peter, Franklin, Adele and Paul. Joseph's family would like to thank the kind and gracious people at the ALS Association, Halycon Hospice and Collier Hospice Center for their care and service. A celebration to honor Joseph's life will be held at 3 pm on Saturday, November 10, 2012, in the Boulderado Conference Center, 2115 13thStreet, Boulder, Colorado.
