My condolences to the Goodwin Family. I was Les's longtime barber and I have great memories of fun conversations while he was sitting in my barber chair.

Sincerely,

Hello Goodwin family,
I volunteer once a week at Balfour Cherrywood, where my father-in-law lived during the last month of his life. I only met Les a couple of times, but when I saw his photo in the Camera I remembered something I wanted to share with you. One Sunday afternoon just a couple of months ago, I was visiting with some of the Balfour elders, and Les was across the room from me, looking, I must say, pretty grumpy. But then a couple of family members arrived, and as soon as he looked up and saw you ... I have rarely seen a face light up so completely and joyfully as his did at that moment. The look on his face was so striking and beautiful that it's vivid in my memory even now. Clearly he loved you very much.
I am sorry for your loss. Blessings on you during this time.

Sid, What good times we had at 63 Highland. His laugh was infectious, too. My condolances to you, Gaines and all the Goodwins. Love, Diane
