William W. Giltner, 83, of Mesa, Arizona, formerly of Boulder, died June 8, 2013 in Mesa. William was born August 20, 1929 in Elliot, Iowa to Paul and Ruby (Westerlund) Giltner. He is survived by his sons Ward, Jeff and Mark Giltner along with his long-time girlfriend Jan Boswell. In addition, Bill had many grandchildren that he was very proud of. Bill retired when he sold the Bill Giltner Insurance Agency and moved to Arizona. Bill was State President of the Colorado Jaycees, Rotary Club and ran for Larimer County Commissioner. He was a Korean War Veteran and very active in his church and community. His wit and company will be missed greatly. His passions were golf, bridge and all sports. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 14 at Trinity Lutheran Church. His service will follow, also at Trinity Lutheran Church, at 2:00 p.m. on Friday June 14th. Interment will be at Mountain View Memorial Park in Boulder. A life celebration will follow the interment at 382 Himalaya Ct. Broomfield, CO 80020. Share condolences at
