Nancy and Sue Day were my favorite friends at Moorhead State in 1975. They were a big part of the Geography Department but I met them in meteorology class. We traveled across northern Minnesota through the iron range for a class field trip. We laughed...A LOT! I got to drive my Rambler around campus with Nancy proudly sitting on the hood as though she was a princess in a parade, which she was. All these years I have remembered those two and some of their fun friends and today August 4th, 2019, I typed in her name to look her up, only to find out this! Sue, where are YOU? No time to waste...

Nancy was memorable for her kindness, thoughtfulness, creativity, and her musical gifts. Thanks so much dear Nancy for all you brought to your friends, students, and the world.

I will miss the jamming, her skill as a musician, her warm, outgoing personality and her smile.
