Not sure what to say?

My sincere condolences to President Monson and his family on the passing of Mrs. Monson. While I haven't been a member of the church for several years, I do try to keep up with what is going on. She seemed to be a quiet, loving wonderful woman. I know she will be greatly missed by her family and all the members of the church.

I apologize for having taken so long to send this message of sympathy at the passing of your eternal companion, Sister Monson, a few months ago. She was truly an inspiration to all of us as she quietly served. She was a wonderful example of a loving, supportive wife and mother. Something that is so needed in our current society. President Monson, thank you so much for the constant, positive example you are to all of us. We all love and appreciate you so very much and continue to pray for...

We were saddened to hear of Frances Monson's passing. Her wonderful example will be missed! We appreciated her many visits to our family home on Gundersen Lane when she was my elderly grandmother's visiting teacher a few years back. My grandmother enjoyed those visits and it brightened her day when she came! We pray for the Monson family during this, their time of great loss.

We have been so very much blessed by the beautiful and humble life of Frances. Thanks for sharing her with us. Now her loving radiance shines so wonderfully from above. We anxiously look forward to the day when we can personally meet her. God bless you, her dear family.

President Monson and family: It is with love and heartache that I express these words of sympathy to you during this time of sorrow over the passing of your wonderful wife. My prayers are with you. Losing a spouse is not easy, and especially after your spending almost 65 years with her. She is loved by so many. May you be comforted in knowing the Plan of Happiness knowing that the time will come when yo will be with her once more.
Extending my love to you,

Pres. Monson: Our thoughts and prayers are with you and send our love. You are loved by so many and are such a great example. God bless you and your family. Love Joe and Becky Christensen and family
