Holland Ray Redmill
April 4, 1943 - Jan. 19, 2014

Holland Ray Redmill passed away peacefully at Woodland Memorial Hospital at the age of 70. Ray was born in Charlie, Texas, to Howard B. and Inez Redmill. He attended attended Woodland schools and served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Ray received several awards including the expert rifle, national defense and good conduct award.
He worked at Spreckels Sugar Company as a mechanic until his retirement. His passion was fishing, hunting and a good game of dominoes.
Ray is survived by his son Steven Redmill, nephew Corbin Smith (Carolyn), niece Staci Lipelt and friend Billy Tunstall. He was preceded in death by his parents Howard B. and Inez Redmill, sister Margaret Smith and brother Kenny Redmill.
No services will be held. Ray will be laid to rest at the Sacramento Valley VA Cemetery in Dixon.
