Torres, Virginia*  
KINGSTON - Virginia Torres, 75, of Kingston, died at the Albany Medical Center on March 27, 2015, after suffering a stroke. She was surrounded by her loving husband and family. Born in 1939 in Santurce, Puerto Rico, she was predeceased by her parents, Liborio Villegas of Puerto Rico, and Maria Lugo of N.J. She is survived by her husband, Reyes Torres, Jr., five children: Rene Gutierrez and wife Andree, Michael Torres, Mark Torres & wife Paula, Reyes Torres III & wife Alisa and Melanie Torres; 2 special daughters, Lynell Medley of Md. and Maria Hampton, deceased; seven grandchildren; five siblings: Carlos Villegas of Puerto Rico, Margarita Zakar of Fla., Esmeralda Alonso of N.Y., Lydia Rocco of N.J., William Villegas of Del., and a host of nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Virginia received the Lord Jesus Christ as her savior in 1985. She and her husband were coworkers in ministry at Praise Dominion Family Worship Center in the village of Ellenville. The scarlet thread of her life was love. The Celebration of Life Service will be held at Pointe of Praise Church, 243 Hurley Ave., Kingston, on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 11 a.m., with the family receiving friends at 10:30 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston, N.Y. Waage, Cecilia Marie*  
BROOKLYN- Cecilia Marie Waage, 92 of Brooklyn, previously of Esopus, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2015, at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn. She was residing at St. Joachim & Anne Residences, Brooklyn, for about 8 years. Born in New York, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Richard Daniel and the late Sarah Napell Simpson. She married Albert W. Waage, Sr. Prior to retirement, Cecilia was employed as a claims clerk by the State of New York. She worked in Manhattan. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, William R. and Patricia A. Waage of Latham, and daughter-in-law, Maria Rosa Waage, N.J.; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Albert W. Waage, Sr., who died on Nov. 28, 1983, she was also preceded by, two sons, Daniel Richard Waage and Albert Waage, Jr. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, March 30, 2015, at 10 a.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 1017 Keator Ave, Rosendale, N.Y., 12472. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery, Rosendale, N.Y. Wynne, Virginia* - Richlands  
Virginia Marie Cipolli Carroll Wynne RICHLANDS, VA. - Virginia Marie Cipolli Carroll Wynne died Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Mayfair House, Claypool Hill, Va. She was born Feb. 20, 1915, and recently celebrated her 100th Birthday at a party with family and friends. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was the only daughter of William J. Cipolli, Sr. and Henrietta Lynn Clarke. She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Vincent Carroll, and her second husband, Joseph J. Wynne, Sr., three brothers, William J. Cipolli, Jr., Wallace Cipolli, and Wilbur Cipolli. Married at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church in Rosendale on Sept. 1, 1940, and lived in Tillson for the next 74 years, until moving to Richlands, Va. to be close to family. She is survived by one son, The Rev. Vincent J. Carroll, three grandchildren, David Haga and wife Laura, of Arlington, Va., Jeffrey B. Haga of Richlands, and Shannon Carroll Houff and husband, Todd of Richlands, Va. Also survived by three great-grandchildren, Gretchen, Samantha, and Owen Haga. She has a surviving special niece, Lynn Buckman, and husband Bruce, and grandnephew, Christopher, and grandnieces, Sarah and Nora, Special thanks to her close friend and helper Betty Bey. She loved working crossword puzzles, and reading murder mysteries. She had an insatiable interest in the world. She was a devoted member of St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church for more than 75 years. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 31st from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the George J. Moylan Funeral Home Inc., 2053 Route 32, Rosendale. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Rosendale, with burial to follow at the church cemetery. Zinkow, Ida T.* - Cementon  
Ida T. Zinkow CEMENTON- Ida T. Zinkow, 93, of Cementon, passed away on March 30, 2015 at The Pines in Catskill. A lifelong resident of Cementon, Ida was born in 1922, a daughter of the late Anthony and Rita Maurizi. She attended Catskill High School and married Samuel Zinkow, also of Cementon, on Oct. 5, 1941. For many years Ida was a waitress at the Main Street Restaurant, Saugerties and the Kaatsban Inn in Malden. She managed the lunches at the Cementon Sportsman Club and served as Ladies Auxiliary President. A former member of the St. Patrick’s Academy PTA, Ida belonged to St. Mary’s Church in Cementon until its closure. Loving wife of the late Samuel Zinkow who died Oct. 3, 2005; mother of Sandra Pysher and husband Paul of Cementon, Elaine Beck of Cementon and Michael Zinkow and wife Claudette of Saugerties; grandmother of Paul Pysher of Boston, Brian Pysher and wife Ann of Catskill, Jeffrey Beck of Cementon, Michael Zinkow, Jr., of Saugerties and the late William Beck IV; great-grandmother of Brian Nicholas Pysher, Jeffrey Beck, Jr., and twins Jonah and Livie Beck, all of Catskill; and sister of the late Albert Maurizi and Delia Eacott. Many loving nieces and nephews also survive. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 3 to 7 p.m. at Millspaugh Camerato Funeral Home, 139 Jefferson Hgts., Catskill. Anson, Randall E.* - Kingston  
Randall E. Anson KINGSTON - Randall E. Anson, 71, of Dogwood Street died Sunday, March 15, 2015 while wintering in Port Charolotte, Fla. He was born in Westport, N.Y. April 16, 1943 a son of the late Elton and Margaret Talbott Anson. A Kingston resident for the past 35 years Randall had been employed as plant manager for Callanan Industries in Kingston, retiring in 2010. He was steadfast about his job and loyal to his work. He enjoyed boating on the Hudson River and on Lake Champlain, his collection of cars, and traveling in his motorhome. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Alice Schmitt Anson, a son Todd R. Anson of Kingston, three daughters, Leslie M. Anson, Lisa Dennin, and Jennifer Dennin, all of Kingston, two brothers, Bruce and Gary Anson, both of Westport, and a sister Midge Anson, of Westport. Also survived by eight grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. A brother Ronald Anson, died previously. Friends may call at the George J. Moylan Funeral Home Inc., 2053 Route 32, Rosendale, this Sunday, March 29, 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow at 3 p.m. Rev. Arlene Dawber will officiate. Clark, Dorothy Marie* - Red Hook  
Dorothy Marie ‘Dottie’ Clark RED HOOK - Dorothy Marie “Dottie” Clark, 61, of Red Hook, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2015. Born on March 15, 1954, in Rhinebeck, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy (Doppler) Mickler. She was a graduate of Red Hook High School- Class of 1972. Dorothy married Jonathan Clark on May 14, 1977 and he survives at home in Red Hook. For over 25 years, Dottie worked at MetLife in Kingston in their human resources department. Following MetLife, Dottie continued to work in HR for both Kaz, Inc. and Flanders, Inc., both based in Hudson, N.Y. A loving and devoted wife, sister, aunt and friend, Dottie enjoyed boating, camping and vacationing by the beach. In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by two stepsons; Jonathan Clark, Jr and his wife Maxine of Wappinger Falls, and David Clark and his wife Mara of Rotterdam, N.Y., her siblings; Robert A. Mickler and his wife Chris of Raleigh, N.C., Diane Ceasar and her husband Glen of Germantown, N.Y., Susan Humet and her husband Joseph of Land O Lakes, Fla., Carol Mickler of Red Hook, Joan Mickler of Red Hook, and Patrick Mickler and his wife Staci of Austin, Texas, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
