Floyd E. “Skip” Osterhoudt SAUGERTIES - Floyd E. “Skip” Osterhoudt, 75, formerly of Old Stage Road Saugerties died March 28, 2014 at the Bonham Nursing Center in Stillwater, Pa. Born June 14, 1938 in Ellenville, he was a son of the late Floyd Osterhoudt and Marge Vandermark Piccoli. Stepson of the late Frank Piccoli Sr. Floyd served our country in the United States Navy
from 1955-1959. He was employed by Shop Rite as a butcher for 38 years and a member of Local 464A Little Falls, N.Y. After retiring, Floyd worked at the Hurley Ridge Market for five years. An avid hunter and fisherman, he was a member of the Ruby Rod and Gun Club. Floyd was usually found whistling and saying his favorite motto; “Git-R-Done”. Surviving is his loving wife Christina “Tina” (Law) Osterhoudt of Saugerties, daughters; Mary Lou and Tina Osterhoudt, stepchildren; Machelle Ferraro, Sherri Danza and Bruce Meiswinkel, sisters and brothers; Rose (John) Gaetjen, Frank (Rose) Piccoli, Gary (Linda) Piccoli, John (Laura) Piccoli, Francis Appolonia and Michele Cross. Six grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive. A son, Floyd Osterhoudt, Jr. died in 2007. Brothers and sisters; Charlotte Timmons, Sandra Lucas and Kim Piccoli also died previously.
