Thomas Michael Rutledge

Thomas Michael Rutledge KINGSTON- Thomas Michael Rutledge, 63 of Jarrold Street who was employed by Terminix for 33 years until his retirement in May 2012, died Jan. 16, 2014 at home. He was a U.S. Navy veteran serving in the Vietnam War aboard the USS Belknap. He was a member of Joyce Schirick VFW Post 1386. Born March 17, 1950 in Kingston, he was the son of the late William F. and Alice Burns Rutledge. Survivors include his wife of thirty three years, Jane Caruso Rutledge, a daughter, Jodi Wenzel and her husband Randy of Port Ewen; his son, Thomas M. Rutledge, Jr. and his wife Rosi of Lake Katrine; six sisters, Jacqueline Miller, Sharon Saehloff, Debra Mackey, Donna Otis and Brenda Crantz all of Kingston and Pamela Kilmer of Valdosta, Ga.; a brother, Ronald Rutledge of Kingston; six grandchildren; his mother-in-law, Kathryn Caruso and many nieces and nephews also survive. Brothers, Kenneth Rutledge, William Rutledge and Robert Rutledge all died previously. Funeral arrangements are under the guidance of the Joseph V.
