Virginia Olsen WOODSTOCK- Virginia Olsen died peacefully, in the home that she loved, on March 7, 2013, surrounded by her family. She had lived in Woodstock for 50 years. Virginia was born in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of Horace and Corene Wachter. She graduated from Northwestern University. She was a wife and mother, and took pride in raising her three children, Karen Kennedy of Albany, David of Hurley, and Beverly of Saco, Maine. After her husband died, Virginia traveled with her daughter Beverly to Russia, Mexico, and just a few months ago, to Puerto Rico. Her children, grandchildren, family, friends, and neighbors will miss her very much. Arrangements are through Lasher Funeral Home.
