Ruth G. Miller KINGSTON- Ruth G. Miller, 88, of Reynolds Street Kingston, died Thursday Nov. 29, 2012, at Health Alliance of the Hudson Valley Kingston Hospital Campus. Born July 10, 1924 in Kingston, she was a daughter of the late Charles an Lilly (Bleau) Bernard. Ruth worked for the Fuller Shirt Company and as the cook for Saint Mary's Church. She was a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary and the Kingston Maennerchor and Damenchor. She loved to travel and dance. She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing cards, bowling, and games. Ruth lived her life to the fullest. Surviving is her daughter, Marianne Szymanski and her husband Ed, of Kingston; beloved companion, Walter Bruchholz; grandchildren, Theresa A. Kelly and her husband Alan, Dawne M. Shaffer, and her husband Kirk; great-grandchildren, Kyle Kelly, Evan Kelly, Alan Kelly, Christopher Shaffer; and many nieces and nephews, also survive. Her husband, Charles E. Miller, died in 1981; her children, Charles Edward Jr., Charlene Ruth, and Lilly Isabelle Miller; brothers and sisters, Eugene and Charles Bernard, Flevie Stauble, Harriett Brandow, Marion Colao, Gladys Eigo, Edward Bernard, Doris Bishop and her twin brother, Donald Bernard; and Bernard Bernard, also died previously. Funeral and cremation arrangements are under the guidance of the Joseph V. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. at Saint Mary's Church. Final prayers and commendation at Wiltwyck Community Mausoleum. Cremation to be held at Wiltwyck Crematory.
