Blanche L. Cramer SAUGERTIES- Blanche L. Cramer, 61, of Village Drive died Friday, May 16, 2014 at the Benedictine Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born Aug. 13, 1952 in Kingston she was the daughter of the late John and Blanche Pruden Witkowski. A graduate of Kingston High School she earned a degree in Nursing from BOCES. She was employed for several years as a LPN at Kingston Hospital retiring in the 1980’s. She was a member of the Saugerties United Methodist Church for many years, and in 1986-1996 she taught at the Mother Goose Nursey at the Church. Her family was a very important part of her life as was her love for animals. Survivors include her husband, Arthur R. “Art” Cramer with whom theyrecently celebrated their 39th Wedding Anniversary. One Son: Marc and his wife Kelly Cramer of Catskill and one Daughter: Melissa and her husband Erroll O’Brien of Saugerties. Two Grandchildren: Matigan and Jamison Cramer. Her Funeral Procession will form 10:15 a.m. Tuesday at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. Cor. Of John & Lafayette Sts. Thence to the Saugerties United Methodist Church where at 11 a.m. her funeral service will be conducted. Friends will be received Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Interment will follow in the Blue Mt. Cemetery. Family suggests donations in her memory be made to the Saugerties Animal Shelter, c/o Marie Post, 93 Manorville Rd., Saugerties, N.Y. 12477.
